It always seems weird when there is alcohol in the office.
We had a cookout one day with the managers doing the cooking. Beer and soda was provided. Yes I did some moderate beer guzzling, but I did have to drive home, so not too much.

If it seems weird to have alcohol at the office, then this place is weird 24/7. The lone bottle of Maker's on my desk gives me the unfortunate distinction of having the desk bearing the least alcohol in the whole department.

Edit: Never mind, I also have a bottle of Bushmill's I forgot about, hiding behind an LU poster. That makes me tied with the 3D guy's gin supply for last place.

The booze is never gone here. At lunchtime the lead producer brought in surprise beer for the whole office.

At Turbine we never had surprise beer, but we did have surprise baked goods.

One of the testers had a girl with a cooking problem, so once a week or two he would bring in the excess food.

Several times a week someone would bring in several dozen Krispy Kreme donuts. A new one opened up 1 mile away at the time.

There were some Asheron's Call fans that ran a bakery and they would send over some awesome stuff once or twice a month.

I'm a big fan of hunting and gathering baked goods at the office.

But seriously, the whole reason I'm in this mess is because you took my 1.75L unopened bottles of Maker's, Sauza, AND Absolut and left them out for the testers. For TESTERS! I feel no guilt at all about ending up with your Bushmills!
