BW2010 Paintings

Postby stubby » Thu Dec 02, 2010 1:52 am

Natalya pressured me into doing something cool for my 1337th post, so here's a couple paintings from the upcoming book:

Some Peerodazi Bleywatch Minutefigs:

And the infamous Hospital 555:

No, it's the shadow from her cup.

Your vision of Brikwars is so cancerously violent it's staggering, I love it. I'd have even watched Baywatch if they had done the show like that picture. You know how I feel about Hospital 555 already.

I especially like the hospital 555
Act first, then think, then try to find a way to cover up the horrible mess you made.

If you hadnt guessed, I'm the one who deleted one of your posts on the Beer forum when you "almost" made a 1337 post. Although I did cut and paste it into the next post, so its not lost.

Awesome work!
Love the Skully Red Cross.

I did figure that out, but I couldn't say anything because it would've fucked up the 1337 again.

It's a Blokstika, the Peerondazi flag.  For more information, see http://brikwars.wikispaces.com/Bleywatch .

I was thinking about who were the biggest Lego color nazis of all time, and naturally it's the guys on sites like Lugnet and Peeron.  So I made a symbol riffing on Lugnet's, and a name riffing on Peeron's.  Peeron + Paradisa + Nazis = Peerodazis.

So, what's up with the weird pseudo-figs in the second one?
It's a secret to everybody.
