Re: elite minifig
So it is a slightly less costly Hero (Hero-lite) that has two actions. Up to the two actions I liked the idea. But why should a lesser minifig get two actions?bigbigdogbig wrote:the elite minifig

It seems like this might be too much IMO.

Keep in mind, a regular action is a lot less powerful than a feat. However, I still don't think it should have two actions.feuer_faust wrote:I'd say get rid of the two actions thing... that's pretty much a little too powerful. If you -really- wanted, you could give him a feat with a -3 to the roll or something, but the better stats might be a good place to stop.

How about this: the minifig gets two actions, but before the second one is carried out, the players roll off as for a Heroic Feat. Whoever wins controls the second action. So instead of sprinting towards the enemy, the elite minifig might start shooting at his friends. This represents the instability of "chiiiiiii".

While it sounds funny, I think this is one of those things where it is better just to drop the second action. Leave it with the stats increase.Arkbrik wrote:How about this: the minifig gets two actions, but before the second one is carried out, the players roll off as for a Heroic Feat. I don't see any problem with this, a minifig with two actions is about as effective as two minifgs but only half as durable. Having two minifigs isn't a game-breaker, so having one who fights like two won't be either.
I don't have the rulebook open in front of me (posting from my blackberry while waiting for my girlfriend to finish thigh-high shopping), but that seems like about the right CP cost compared to a regular minifig (+1 Skill, +1" Move, +1 Structure Level, +1 Multitasking).
