Yeah, the title says it all. I live in New York(not the city). Horseheads to be exact. Yup, middle of NOWHERE Horseheads. Just wondering if anyone lives anywhere close enough to have a Brikwars battle over the summer or something. I don't know, I'm desperate for some briskshed.
If you have to ask, then the answer is yes, I am insane.

I technically live in CT, but you could walk to NY from my house in about 5 minutes. You could drive to the city in under 20 minutes, and sometimes you can see long island from the upstairs window of my house.
For all intents and purposes, I'm from NY. Unfortunately, according to Google maps, Horseheads is over 4 hours away.
I said "no" to drugs, but they just wouldn't listen...

That sucks. Only people I've got to play against are 10-13 year olds and some family members. They all hate playing me because I slaughter them mercilessly. I mean really, that's what Brikwars' all about!! Random carnage and plastic destruction!!
If you have to ask, then the answer is yes, I am insane.

You're from upstate NY. That is far out of the way. I'm from eastern Long Island but I go to college upstate outside of Buffalo. Is that anywhere near you?

Well, from what I'm seeing on Google maps, you seem to be a good long drive from where I am. I think it would take you maybe three hours to drive out here. To far to effectively have a brikwars battle. Dang it.
If you have to ask, then the answer is yes, I am insane.

I'm in brooklyn. Upstate is a bit out of my reach, regardless of how epic the laws regarding airsoft guns up there are.(In NY, I need a FIREARMS LICENCE to buy a gun that fires PLASTIC with a SPRING. I hate Bloomburg soooo very much.) I don't think you'd like to battle me, I am 12, as well, and regardless of how strategically I move my little plastic men, chances are I won't be a challenge. Unless I get to use my optional rules for magic.( I ask the magic-8 ball if I will win, and it usually says yes.)

Have you read the entire rules? I wasted a whole Sunday afternoon doing it.

Who said you wasted it?
All you really need to play Brikwars is the basic stats on the minifigs and weapons.

I skipped the squads part. I never used squads in my games. Did any of you did?

Nah. I don't bother. I just use combined fire rules.
I think the squad rules are for the epically huge battles, like the ones Lego clubs play at conventions.
