On a related note, isn't it portugal where they put you in jail for five years

Question marks don't decide what is a question?

Besides, he told us that anyone who visits this forum is Portuguese and plays BrikWars, which is simply not true. The question mark could have signaled a request for reassurance, but he seemed pretty sure of himself.
