again, you can't reach the doorway, and the archer skellie can't reach you either, so I think this'll do for now. and then with me in back and you in front we can do what we did for the ghosts, and just kill them one by one in the doorway until the bowman comes in, then I can use quick strike and kill him. sound good?

Don't forget that Actions count towards the previously mentioned rule: you can't move AND use an Action.

can you target multiple targets with the potion of acid? like is there a blast radius? also, Can I shoot across (diagonally?) If so, I'm gonna move one step to my right and shoot knife skellie no.2, but if I can;t, more discussion is forthcoming

It does not have a blast radius, it's merely a single attack. Also not forgetting that if your line of sight cuts diagonally across a corner, you cannot attack through that square and must move up past the corner.

This is why this encounter can be so difficult.
