The main armies so far, there should be something like 18 - 20 units/squads on completion for each army so as to ballance them out somewhat. The Dark and High Elves aren't near enough ready for pics yet so aren't here, they'll only contribute 3 - 4 squads each. The Harpy is now a dark Elf unit. Oh, and there are another squad of Pikemen and 4 squads of Rayhawk's men at arms + archers to add here too. The Savage Horde needs the most work and I'm looking for a Rock Giant/Crystal King style beastie to add.
Imperial Knights Lancer. Highly trained professional cavalry. The Imperial General rides with them.
3 Squads of noble Knights from the fractious constantly fighting Principality kingdoms bordering the Empire. They hire their services and fight for fame, riches and glory.
Just love those capes.
The Paladin Avatar embodies the spirit of the Emperor himself encased in a metal body. This allows the Emperor to be present while safe back in the capital. He can only control one Paladin at any time. There're a few more Paladins in the Empire, remnants of an old magic now mostly forgotten which are controlled by a few other leaders.
The Banshee are almost done and if you can see it one of the Necromancers have an interesting sceptre type weapon of power.
Beastmen with hairdos
Who is this? Would Zuhra fight alongside such creatures? I'll need to sort out a Medi-Evuuul von Brag too.
The Bone Golem still has a way to go too.
...as does the Black Hearse. There is a pharaohs coffin in the back. Warhead defeated him and now uses him to augment his powers.
Those plague rats can move through enemy stands on a successful difficult terrain roll. They can also weaken enemy units they attack due to their diseased bites.
The Undead Centaurs are almost done too. Love this design (not my own) which I've embellished a little.

Woah, looking awesome! I love how that imperial army looks like the warhammer's the empire and the knights from the bordering kingdoms look like brettonnians, in a very good way. The savage horde is nice too, waiting to see it done. I'm also exited about the high elves and dark elves. Warhead's force looks good too, I see you have made a banner for the mummies, too. Oh, the empire phalanx looks very good on the field. And I love the pose of the titan.
Awesome, and even more awesome a s I know you are going to do battles with these and even add to the already big armies!
EDIT: the choice of baseplates is great too and a nice touch. For an example, the undead look much more sinister with dark bley bases.

Thanks guys! The Skeleton Golem I got from this...
by ArchNecromancer. I plan on making my Golem run on lives so it can place someone inside it's chest to boost it's power. The same guy gave me the Centaur idea too. I think you can see his stuff on this link.

Ugh, I just need to kill those baddies. They're repulsive! Of course, that's what they're supposed to evoke I guess so they're good in their own way. Except for the Beastmen. They are awesome and should be turned. Needless to say everything else is awesome as well, I do however think those knights are lacking a bit in the armour department, it's ok for the lancers but I always thought the actual knight's helmets looked too big on (most) figs that don't wear armour / don't have sufficient armour paint torsos. Ehh, what else... Where'd the imperial swordsmen go?

Thanks again guys. I had decided that the Knight torsos provide a wider variety in colours and coats of arms at a better cost than the armour did.
The Great Sword unit is still there. You can just spot them near the Principality Knights behind the Pikemen.
The Capes are all custom bought and there are more types, including DSM capes to be had here:

@Hobo: This is your fault, you keep sending me ideas!

I bet the 40k Empire wishes they had a few Emperor's Avatars.
Awesome armies Warhead, hope to see a forum battle with them sometime after FICO
