I love the use of the skeleton as the hand. Nice Part Use.
I also like how you gave the arm a "bicep" without it being one. Great visual.
I am really looking forward to this as a finished MOC.
EDIT: Fix spelling error

I was thinking instead of a Necromancer in the rib cage he would have a captive which is drained of life to fuel the Golems powers. They start off with x amount of life and using certain abilities over and above the normal stuff drains that life. If the life runs out he just takes another living captive from the battlefield and sticks him inside the chest discarding the desiccated remains of the previous tenant.

Imagine the bone giant roaming the field with a giant backpack on its back, filled with "replacement batteries"

I vote wolf-styled legs, with that backwards curve... that would be very awesome

Bone Golem...
Not yet done, needs some chains, some damned souls trapped inside and more white robot arms and pins and OT parts but it's getting there.

I've never been able to pull off any kind of skeletal or spindly build, but you keep make more and better ones. Well done. I'm looking forward to the fully armed and operational version.
