I've noticed that these spam bots:
6. sign up on day 1
7. day 2 is their listed birthday, so it shows at the bottom of the screen, it happens too often to be a coincidence.
8. they always list a website in their profile
9. still no posts.

There are two birthday members today that signed up yesterday. No posts, yet.
There is a sign up today, with a website listed. How much you wanna bet their birthday is tomorrow.

Looks like the last 6 people who joined are spammers.

I would say a good tactic would be to check Member List Joined date, if they just signed up with a spam website listed and no posts, delete them.
But you are probably already doing this.
