Any preferances? Deadly trap just for the items or a just-nearly-deadly-so-that-you-can-farm-XP trap?

Big enough? Or still bigger?

for the traps we need XP farms, that is the best way, because the rare drops only come from a player killing them.

Just awesome. That's the reason upside down stairs are total win!

Somehow the cobblestone patch just adds to the flair. Don't fix it.

How about a gatehouse, small watchtover or simply arrow loops above the gate? Just not too big and only for the looks.

There's a sniper's nest in one of the trees outside the gate. That can do for now. I guess eventually we'll have to make an actual gatehouse...

I took the liberty to add the arrow slits I mentioned. I've also planted some trees underground.

I also spent quite some time gathering ressources for the public supply. Sometimes I get the impression I am the only one.

Someone slaughtered all our pigs. The plan was to create a meat factory down there that provides enough food for all of us. That won't work if someone - maybe YOU - is getting too greedy.

For complaints about pigs: Cows are a lot better. In my experience, about half the pigs give no meat at all, but all cows give at least 2 raw beef. Leather is useful too.
