Yeah, I think the only moderation I ever did in my forum was editing silver's genuine congratulations into sophisticated adoration.

I always thought driving away the weak new members was just sort of sport. Like abusing badgers or fishing with grenades.

Apparently ripping the new members apart on a psychological level and then waiting to see if they survive or not does not good members make.

Dunno where they got that idea from . . . but apparently its a thing now.
