I got one question so far... How do you measure the charge? I can't find it anywhere!

"Charge" is usually moving faster then standard speed. Not only that but in the rules Sprint is added to the Charge, which brings me back to my question. Get a dictionary!

yeah, you'd totally just add the sprint movement. for all intents and purposes, since standard minifigs sprint 1d6", just add 1d6" to the squad's movement for a charge.

if you have units with different charge speeds in the squad (say, a sprinter that sprints 2d6" or something), only use the charge speed of the slowest unit in the squad.

The distance of a charge is however far the units travel in a straight line leading up to the point of collision. If I start my charge at point A and travel four inches to the target at point B, then it's a charge of four inches.
