First: The Red Company and my personal favorite.

Led by a lordling sworn to the king, they are the most renowned infantry in all the kingdom. He is with his squire.

The Red Cloaks are said to be worth ten lesser foes and can hold it's own against cavalry.

The spearmen are used in choke points just as much as their heavy counterparts, but they can also charge.

The normal infantry or "Lions" are for when you simply need to bolster the troops or man a castle, no special armor or shields, these are the fighting men.
Now we move to a fallen great house of the First Kingdom, although not the rulers, they had power and a dragon to go with it. After the kingdom's fall, they went and sold their services to the new kings.

The Shadowman (dersite) leader with his Lesser second in command with the dragon in the background. (he wouldn't fit in the foreground to get me a good shot)

The great axe cavalry.

The archers are led and trained by an elf from the far eastern forests.

The short axemen who are just the regular infantry.
Next, a group of Knights from the south, wielding magic imbued sickles, and assorted mercs they picked up along the way.

Their leader, the faceless one, the plume signifies he is sworn to the blue king.

Who couldn't love that face?

The elite southern troops. Wearing light armor (+1 to armor) from the south and wielding sickles imbued with lightning and poison magic, causing it to hurt like a bitch (1d6+2 damage)

Some of the sellswords picked up on the road, they wear a more visible form of the light armor and wield southern made longswords.

A company of archers that signed on to make their fortune, they wield powerful crossbows (1d6+1)
And that is all folks! I will be showing the antagonists of the world, or at least one of them, tomorrow!
