Edit: Also i have only just read the first two books, so i feel at a disadvantage. E.g. how he hell am i supposed to know how the Red Woman is killed? ;-)

I'm pretty sure you're at an advantage compared to most others in that case. Basically if it's somewhat remotely distantly based on the books / show and it's funny enough I will already allow it most of the time. Fudge applies.
