Which is a great concept executed terribly. I love the main concept but hate how it's implemented. The AI uses blatant cheating, there's ranged weapons in a game where the main concept is melee combat in mini-helicopters, and you can only play on one character so long before all the modes become impossible as each round has 10 enemies with insta-kill guns with perfect aim.

With quite a bit of Dwarf Fortress on the side.

Yeah I too have started playing a LOT of DF. My computer starts shitting once I hit the second cavern/get around 170 dwarves

Try hitting 80 dwarfs and watching your FPS dwindle around 80, as it slowly creeps it's way down to the low 50s.
My FPS drops faster than FUN happens so I'm starting to get bored of DF again, forcing a downfall is kind fun to watch but isn't as fun as trying to survive against insurmountable odds.

My current fort (now a metropolis) ended up nowhere near either kobolds OR goblins, so I've had to fuck with the elves and dig into the caverns to find the fun. The bad news is that some horrible giant firefly with deadly dust is currently chilling in my main mine shaft. It's killed my *entire* military, so I pulled the drawbridge that leads to the mineshaft so nobody goes down there anymore. But now I have to start getting a new army up and running, ere the elves return with a vengeance (I kinda killed the shit out of them for refusing a bin full of gold goblets).

I dunno, but now that it has been "fixed" and had sound added and all that it runs at such a crappy framerate it's not even worth trying... At least on my laptop.
