Friday is my day off. Always. So that is the easy part. It's taking off Saturday-Sunday that is the issue and while I'll need time to request vacation days. Clergy demands make it nigh impossible to have free weekends unless I ask for and plan them months in advance.

So for those reasons, waiting for Sept. - Oct. is much better for me so I can give my supervisory boards some notice. They are expecting me to take a week off in the September-ish region anyway. The only other issue will be accommodations; if I'm coming to Tennessee I'm either gaming all weekend or finding other things to do, lol!

I have a possibility of making it depending on my dads work schedule, if he has a job in Tennessee in September (which there is a good chance of) then I can make it.

At the moment I'm looking to include Sept. 14-16 in my vacation time.

Alright, I'm going to be talking to the guy at the venue on Saturday so let's try to get our dates lined up by then. Also, they do have weekly tournaments and whatnot so I, unfortunately, can't ask for a whole week and have people just come in during that week. On the topic brought up (sort of) in Rev's last post, if you want weekdays, that would probably give us some more flexibility with the venue.

Sounds like a plan. My week of best availability is Sept. 9-16. Don't try to block the whole week, as you say. If you can get two consecutive days in that slot, I'm there.

Alright, I talked to the guy at Outer Limits and we're on for September 20-22. Sorry Rev, but 9-16 wouldn't have worked.

I'll still try to make it work; a more definite answer after my supervisory meeting this week.

There's a few hotel complexes around that you could use. If that doesn't work for some reason, I have a guest room you could probably use.

What's the game store/address so I can start looking around? If I can help it, I'd rather not spend a few hundred dollars in hotel lodging, but I'll do what I need to do.

It's at 209 S Royal Oaks Boulevard Franklin, TN. Google maps is kind of screwy with the address for some reason, but it's right next to the KMart.

Name: Halo 3000
Age: 18
Gender: M
Location: North Carolina
Possible ways of Transportation: Car

I'm a little late, so I have a few questions...

6. When is this? or is it undecided?
7. This is in St. Louis, correct?

That's about it. believe it or not, I've never actually played a game of Brikwars.

Edit: It's amazing what a little research can do. Cool thing is, My dad goes to Nashville on business trips all the time, so I could just tag along with him. Problem is, we both have obligations on the 22nd. I have classes the 20th, I can just skip them though, So I could only be there the 20th and the 21st. are you guys gonna be there all day every single day? I'd hate to drive all the way out there and not play much.

I intend to be there all afternoon through the whole event. I'll see what the rest of my group can do and geet back to you guys then. However, that probably won't be until mid-August.

Take your time; my vacation plans are set, and I found reasonable lodging nearby. At that point we can also start discussing what sort of terrain everyone can bring, perhaps swap troop stats, come up with scenarios, etc.

seems this has been all sorted out, too bad I'm not included. I've lied about my age since I got on the forum, I'm only 14 so it isn't like I could go.
either way I can post my stats (not the same as the old ones I posted a while back) and some scenarios me and a few friends play.
