I originally started this as a lousy hardsuit, but, well, I ended with this, and I'm pretty happy with it.

Re: Home-made Mecha
Any shots where the pilotdude is inside the suit? Looks nifty, aside from some color-consistency issues.
Re: Home-made Mecha
Edited the pilot problem
Re: Home-made Mecha
The pilot looks like Gordon Freeman , and the thing itself is also great! It really looks Post-Apoc.

Re: Home-made Mecha
Not bad, but the pilot seems a bit exposed. I take it the mismatched colors are intentional?

I really like the look of this. Reminds me of the mechs in the third Matrix movie. And I don't think it's too big of a deal if the pilot is exposed or not because it looks right this way.

Indeed, there's a ressemblance. Must have came sublulinaly.
Re: Home-made Mecha
I like ths nice use of parts that makes your Mecha a perfect Minifig scale weapon. Probably you could make an entire squad of these. Those other Matrix Mecha, while to scale for what they are and awesome are a bit Power gamer big for most peoples games stats wise. Not that that should stop people.
