That's really neat! I hope this is a successful mutation and we can look forward to more colorful lobsters in the future.
I hope we can look forward to more lobsters in general, actually. Here in NYC it isn't too bad because we're close enough to Maine that the lobster is decent quality, although it isn't really affordable for most people, ideally we could have lobsters in every port on the east coast, so that you could have tasty new-shell lobster for like $3/lb all around the US.
.... Now I need to read up on aquaculture again, god dammit Tzan.
