BrickWarriors - Brute Armor & Lime Green

Post by thrash » Mon Dec 17, 2012 1:03 pm

BrickWarriors recently came out with four new items: Brute Armor, Grapes, Poison Rose, and Coin Purse!

We also released all of our colorful items (including the wings) in Lime Green.

Last but not least, we restocked the Vambraces in steel. They're almost gone again already!

I managed to get some vambraces, plus a few sets of horned armor and brute armor with jousting helmets. Gotta, say, those jousting helmets are the best I've ever seen on a minifig.

I do like that lime green. Colors like that seem to appeal to me.

Quite a few bots actually, but I don't mind at all.
After all, Brikwarriors and our ilk probably buy the most 3rd party lego shit out of anyone, what with our need for cool stuff and none of the purism you get with other MOC groups

The brute armor is sick; well done on the design!

Love the new little bits like grapes, rose, and coin purse.

I finally got my hands on some fine BrickWarrior pieces. They are top-notch quality and design. Compatibility between BrickWarrior's own stuff and with Lego stuff is flawless. Plastic is durable. I personally like his design style; the right balance between detail and simplicity.

I don't normally bother with home made lego bits, but a helmet that looks like the Sydney opera house? :<3:

The other stuff's not bad either

I was really excited about that armor until I saw that the Sydney Opera House helmet isn't a separate part.

I kinda wish the brute armor didn't have the Sydney Arches. I'd love to be able to put any helmet I want on there...

Can you think about making alterations? Pweeeez? (insert crappy dopey-eyed cult picture/caption here).

It's sure to boost sales by 500%, although I'm afraid I'm still too purist/lazy to purchase this stuff, but the other fellers are likely to create some awesome things with them.

What if Thrash made an alternate version of it? Just taking off the whole head covering so it's only a chest piece.

I personally like it the way it is but I understand what you guys are saying.

Also keep in mind he has several other awesome options for midEvil armor without integrated helmets =)

Maybe it should be detachable? Anyway, I'll leave all you customisers to discuss this, it's not really my "forte". Have fun!
