Jeez guys, stop taking everything so literally. Every reason is good enough for Zahru to get more Lego and do awesome stuff with it.

Eh, I wanna buy it, just waiting it to hit clearance or something. Not too jazzed about paying 15$ local retail for such a small box. I could get a vintage Robo-Guardian or Saucer Centurion for that price from Bricklink.

I passed it off, but then I saw that it had giant posters on the outside of the Millennium Falcon and Jabba's Palace sets, with big "ON SALE NOW" captions on them. Obviously, I went in.

Holy sweet Jesus, it was amazing. Their Lego selection was huge, and they had everything currently on the market. And I mean everything. They even had a bunch of the Minecraft sets on the shelf, which sell out within like an hour of being restocked on the Lego site. The best part was the pile of sets they had on the floor that were marked down. Jabba's Palace was marked down $40, the Sith Fury-Class Interceptor was down $20, and so many more. The even had every Prince of Persia set except for Alamut (which they didn't have at all) marked down.
Was this Playvalue Toys? Or is there another giant toystore in Ottawa with a huge selection of Lego that I'm missing out on?

Yep, that's the one. The people there said they were going to be moving in a couple of months, since they're in the middle of a bunch of car dealerships and auto shops right now. I don't remember where they're moving (that was my first unguided visit to Ottawa, so I have no idea where anything is), but watch out for the move.

Damn, their current location is right near work for me. Where are they gonna move to? They've got the space that they have now because they're in middle of a bunch of car dealerships and auto shops, they're occupying half a warehouse by the Queensway. Well, I was gonna drop in after work tonight, I ought to ask.

Damn. I think I picked it up for $10 here. Probably not worth $15 though.

Over the past couple of days I have received a metric shit ton of bricks from various suppliers, and will probably need another two metric shit tons in order to complete my SHIP.

Oh, and I got a few more minifigs to make up its crew.

To answer my own question: They're moving to a spot in Stittsville, somewhere in the crotch of the trans-canada highway. Oh well.

As my last lot of loot was a pile of bricks and five crew, I had better show you what I am turning my loot of bricks into.

Provisionally called the Smutty Shark:

And the crew:

Thanks.

I am worried about it becoming a little :boxy: at the front so am thinking about how to sculpt that a bit. Kinda like I did with the back engine section.
