Silverdream vs. Bluefog

Postby Silverdream » Wed May 08, 2013 10:15 pm

I got together with Bluefog and we had a massive battle. I brought two regular squads, a forlorn hope squad, five sniper cannons, two beauty commandos, a valkyrie squad, two terminators, three riesenlasters, a commando hero, two jeeps and two rocket karts. He brought his post apocalyptic army. The map favoured infrantry and it had a giant river of lava in the middle.

Bluefog was able to massacre my guys fairly quickly. It didn't help that most of one squad fell into lava and I had many lose their guns with critical failures. Closer to the end, my guys fought hard for victory. The squad I had in reserve tried to flank Bluefog's army, but was eventually overcome. Bluefog's awesome mech was able to massacre my guys, although I sniped the pilot and the replacement pilot.

This fellow earned his way into Valhalla. He was the only sniper cannon that didn't crit fail and he almost killed three pilots for Bluefog's mech along with random members of his infantry.

Looks like it was a lot of fun. I wish I had friends around that liked Brikwars. Then we could do awesome stuff like this all the time.

That battlefield is gorgeous. Now I wish I had a giant skull mountain spewing lava. In real life and in BrikWars.

Definitely looks like it was alot of fun.

Ouch, going on offense through a lava river is never fun, but it looks like a lot of fun was had by all.

This battle was epic. As much as Silver says it was a massacre, I don't think it was. Until very near the end there was no clear winner. I will say he had more critical fails. I kept telling him to switch dice, but it didn't help. Oh well, the battle we had before (undocumented) he won. I don't know what time exactly that we started but I think we played for two hours. Sadly as you all have noticed we didn't do a proper battle report, honestly, I don't think we had the time....but... one thing I remember is I did roll one critical failure with Tyrone (the African American with the mohawk) and his rocket launcher blew up and ended up killing him and two other guys. That was rad... but yeah, all in all, super fun battle.

My somewhat cowardly hero. I tried to call it tactical retreating. He survived. How very unBrikwars of him. :(

You have guns. There's no need to try to cross the lava.

Also, whoever built the skull deserves a cookie.

I wish I could take credit for it, but I can't. This battle took place at my friend's shop and there's a guy who comes by named Rudy who made it, and when I made the map I wanted a skull volcano type of dealy so I stole it, and he ended up being cool with it.

He also has made a ton of different customs, including a Batman tumbler minifig scale that has two seats and a removable batcycle. Its pretty rad. Also a Battlestar Galactica Viper.
