7. Are there any rules about flamethrowers and/or sonic weaponry?
8. How much dakka can I have on a single battleship?
9. Can I use minifigs as suicide bombers?
That's all of the questions I have as of this moment.
6: Yup, just resolve it like any
collision. Mass and momentum are still factors in space, regardless of gravity.
7:
Flamethrowers and blast guns (fills a cone with damage - so shotguns and sonic blasters fit) are all right there in the rulebook and can be scaled to whatever you need, from minifig size up to, well, infinity.
8: From the 2010
rulebook: "Due to power limitations, a Creation can only use as many inches of Weapons as twice its own Size. The Creation can be overloaded with as many Weapons as its player is willing to pay for, but on any given turn it can only use a selection of them that fits within this limit." So this means that if you have a 10" spaceship (or any other structure), you can effectively use 20" worth of weapons or other devices that count against that limit (like shields) in a given turn. This can be 1 massive 20" gun, 10 different 2" guns, 4 guns at 5" each, or any other such combination.
Remember, that's only a limit on how many you can fire in a turn, not how many you can have total (you can have as many as will fit). So if you've spent 10" worth of firepower on obliterating the enemy's pesky pamphlet-hander-outers with your point-defense blasters, you'll need to
Gather Power for that 20"
Wave Motion Gun before you can unleash your wrath against that armored orbital taco stand.

9: I don't see why not, as long as they have explosives on them. Though I'd suggest using
cannon fodder for this, since they're cheaper points-wise than fully-capable minifigs.

Sure is - I started it back when I had n00bish questions.
