I shared a lot of this about a year ago, I don't really do this as a hobby anymore, I've updated a few things and made a few additions. But the overall change in my things has been the overall theme. Instead of space faring factions, I've changed the overall theme to a "Post Apocalpyse" theme, But not in the sense of a bunch of scrapmetal tanks and poorly constructed homemade guns. But more like they're in the rebuilding stage of post-nuked to shit civilization *An example being the Video game Fallout: New Vegas", I chose to not bother giving much complexity into the themes or names of these armies because they're all from an ambigious region of an unknown planet, I just can't be bothered to make up names for this stuff anymore
If anyone still remembers my old TLDR threads, they'd recall that instead of having one large army, I had about a dozen, five or six of which were of signifigant size. I'll show the largest one first.
Quick Backstory *Refer to the Wiki article, much of this below was written before I even had names for everything*
The War between the former Elkossian Federal Republik and the Peach Barbarians took a turn for the worst when the Peaches pushed the frontlines into the homeland, The Old World Government decided to Nuke both the Peach homeland, But the Peach armies were still charging toward the capital, and the Government resorted to bombing it's own territory to wipe the land clean, Unfortunatley they resorted to experimental WMDs which caused damage on a titanic scale, Effectivley wiping out civilization across the country and planet, except for small areas spared from the devastation.
50 Years later, The largest minifig population center is on the planet's largest Continent It encompasses Cities, Mountains, Forests, Deserts, Plains Regions, as well as Wasted Badlands. The Population centre however is fractured by as many as a dozen Post-Collapse Superpowers, City States and Autonomous Regions, All with different Goals, Ideologies and levels of power, Because of the devastation of the Great War, The way in which these Factions conduct war has changed signifigantly, The Majority of militaries consist of foot soldiers, Fuel is Precious, and is normally only used for military and industrial purposes, So Combat vehicles are only used in pivotal engagements. A new technology that the post-collapse world has created for war however is the combat drone. Drones were small enough to be able to run off Solar power, and were a much cheaper alternative to crewed vehicles. Crewed Vehicles was mostly limited to APCs and very large combat vehicles after the implementation of Unmanned Vehicles, Also known as Drones.
The "Triangle Wars" Began when preachers of the Great Triangle Society came in contact with the Dominion, and attempted to convert the locals, The Dominion responded by slaughtering the Preachers and invading the lands they came from. Other Regional powers entered the fray on various fronts against the Dominion and against each other
Again, These faction names will seem generic, I've given up trying to give them fancy names because while I put a lot of time into building these armies, I'm not -that- passionate about them anymore

The first I will feature is the Dominion.
DominionThere can be no peace in this world without order, We will subdue, or destroy those who oppose Order
Inspirations - Planetside 2's Terran Republic, Killzone's Helghan Nation, Fallout's Caesar's Legion, Real life Roman Empire. Fallout's Enclave
Containing much of the old country's Military heritage. The Dominion is Effectivley the Remnants of the Old World Government. However in the new post-collapse world. The Dominion and it's Leadership is obsessed with Control, Order, and Military Expansionism, Outsiders dismiss the Dominion as nothing more than a Bloated harem. As when it was founded, it functioned with a number of councillors, But Now it has a single self proclaimed Emperor at the head of it. They aim to create a post-collapse Utopia, But will use every asset of Authoritarian Brutality at it's disposal to repel it's enemies, and keep it's minifig populace productive and obedient.
The Dominion places heavy emphasis on Military power, no known post-collapse power can match it in brute strength or numbers. The Dominion Army is Organized, Professional, yet conventional. It's Primary doctrine is Brute Strength through Heavy armor and Overwhelming Numbers. The sheer weight of the Dominion's Military power has ended many wars with neighboring autonomous regions, before they even started.
Now what you opened this thread for. A lot of these are unmodified Star wars minifigs, I never bothered to change a lot of them because I liked the way they looked, and I couldn't make them into something I liked, without drastically reducing their numbers through canniballizing, So I just assigned the various SW figs different roles based on their numbers and appearance. Their Vehicles are all Custom though, Except for a bunch of bikes, which are never used anyway
Infantry forces in full
Command Staff, Left to Right Civics Director, The Emperor, Emperor's Personal Bodyguard, Ground Forces Commander *Not going to bother wasting time thinking up names, maybe someone else can give them some witty ironic titles*
Command Staff II, Industrial Director, R/D Developer, Powersuited Commando, Mechanized Commander
Cadets, Troopers still in training, When they are finished training they will be assigned to one of the Divisions, Infantry, Rifles, Specialists, which each have their own sub-divisions. The Special Purpose division also exists, but outside of the regular heirarchy. Troops do not go from Training into the SPD, They must finish a stint in one of the main three Divisions first. They are given low grade, captured weaponry and have no clear uniformity in their equipment
Light Infantry, Role is to flank and ambush enemies. as well as scouting and recon.
Assault Infantry Role is to take and hold ground, General purpose Infantry, Normally deployed in squads of 3, with it's 4th member being a Rifleman from the Rifles Division
Riflemen Role is to kill enemies from longer distances, with their high powered battle rifles, Units are always grouped with Assault Troopers in a 1:3 Ratio
Advanced Assault Infantry Experienced Assault Troopers given superior armor and training. Role is ambigious, Essentially the same as their predecessors, Although not always coupled with Rifles.
Advanced Riflemen Veteran Riflemen given new, flashy armor, and larger caliber rifles, Advanced Riflemen's Role is different than the regular. Is normally deployed in a trench warfare style. Inflict as much damage as possible from the greatest distance.Without getting their hands dirty. The Advanced Rifle Corps is larger than the regular due to most Riflemen being promoted into the corps early, or being moved out of the corps due to poor performance, whether that be reassignment or execution
Saboteurs, Role is to destroy enemy structures, installations and materiel. While still being competent fighters as well.
Shock Troopers advancement of Adv Assault Infantry, the best footsoldiers in the Dominion. Role is to charge into enemy lines and cause havoc by killing masses of enemies quickly.
Heavies, Role is to provide extra punch on the frontlines, whether it be Machineguns, Rockets. or even experimental OT weaponry
Combat OfficersLower tier Officers, Veteran soldiers of all backgrounds who have proven competent enough to lead and give orders.
Overseers Upper Tier Officers, Hardened Warriors and Leaders, each Division is lead by an Overseer, and those who aren't in charge of their own division, are often in charge commanding troops and lower ranked officers
Chem Troopers Troopers specializing in the deadly art of chemical and biological warfare *to be more specific, they are general purpose infantry that are deployed into areas where Chemical weapons have been used*
Mechanised Pilots, The drivers and operators of the Dominion's Non-Drone Land vehicles. Technically apart of the Special Purpose Division, but is one of the two groups in which Cadets can graduate into unlike the others
Support Staff, Blanket Term for various non-combat support roles, Left To Right, Technician, Medic, Mechanic, Engineer. Latter three are obvious roles, Technicians operate systems and machinery, and also assist the other Support staff. As more of a jack of all trades support role.
Dominion IFV Drones, and Gauss Drone, IFV drones are the most plentiful vehicles in the Dominion's Military, Strong armor and a twin machine gun for cutting down minifigs in droves, the Gauss Drone is a drone designed to destroy other drones, such as an Anti Tank role, for drones.
Dominion Battle Tanks, Pre-Collapse Medium Tanks that have been repainted, recieved new turrets and armor improvements. and upgraded with high caliber Gauss Cannons capable of destroying Drones, and moderatley effective against armoured vehicles such as APCs and Tanks. As well as Twin Machineguns like on the IFV Drones for taking out Minifigs.
Light Vehicles, Left is a Dominion FAV which have since been replaced by the right, the Light APC, Both are Post-war designs
APCs, Left is the common APC, Right is a Heavy APC. Both are upgraded, up-armoured pre-war designs
Lastly, Dominion Super-heavy Battle Tank, a Post-War design of only one is known to exist. Only known weak spot is the weapon itself, which must be vented after firing. Which is prone to overheat if the venting system is damaged
Size Comparison, and Crew hatch *Note the back shield has been dropped* I had a third picture showing it from the side, but Photobucket decided not to save it.
More to come.
*POLL NOTE - If I host a forum battle, it's going to be a sad knockoff of brikwars, it Will follow a simple forumla, each player will just give vague orders, Move there attack that do that etc, I will provide the "rulebook" so that participants can see how the specifics of the battle works and such, I'd personally rather host a forum battle than just a random game where I control everything,
Also, the "visitors" are a minor faction, but in terms of size, they are the second largest *may be surpassed by NR pending the arrival of my recent PickABrick parts order, Visitors are mostly SW Droids and random aliens anyway.
