Depending on how soon this is going to happen and how big you want the sprites to be, I might be willing to do a bit of spriting. I'm not offering to be the main person, but it would be fun.

Don't need them to be very big, don't need them to be very fast. I would however prefer if you were to try to sprite as many characters as you have the motivation and time to get through (one at a time, of course)
