17th CMEF Armadillo MKII
Recent engagements have revealed that the current Armored Personnel Carrier in use by the 17th Coalition Marine Expeditionary Force is not as battle efficient as Force Commanders would like them to be. A new APC was requisitioned to fit the role of a light, fast vehicle that could transport marines to the battlefield an also provide supporting fire for other assets in the area, unlike the current APC, that tried to perform the role of APC and Main Battle Tank at the same time.
A design for the Armadillo MKII have recently gone past development stages and are ready for field testing.
This new APC can transport a small combat squad of marines, as well as provide Anti Air/Ground support.
The Armadillo MKII has three access points, two on the sides and one in the back.
A twin linked autocannon variant is avalable to Force Commanders for providing anti armour support.
What do you guys think?

That is a great APC.
I am going to have to buy more legos soon- I may want to build something other than microspace(finally!).

Looks excellent. I like the fact that it is so compact yet fits a decent number of figs.

This has some lovely greebles (and side doors), I can barely find anything I'd like to change. Now you just need to build five of them...

The best part about this APC compared to my other one is that this one is not very part heavy. I'm 3/4th's of the way done with my second one.ikensall wrote:Now you just need to build five of them...

What are those wheels from.
You gave me an idea for some of the wheels off a 2012-ish Firetruck set, but then I realized they weren't the same sized wheels.
