I (Or someone better skilled) skin the creature, maybe this will sate that woman's need for exotic fur. Then I feed the corpse to Logan if he's hungry.
The only unflawed system is Lego System.

Skinning the creature would be a Wisdom roll, so Nisos (Wis 7) would perhaps want someone else to do it.
What are you doing with the goblin?

Questioning him, once he wakes up of course.
This sig is too fucking large: show anyway
Re: In the Cold North - Forum RPG
You sit around and wait for the goblin to wake up as it gets darker. You hear the howling of a wolf somewhere to the north.

"Wolves mean goblins are near. We haven't the time for questioning or skinning. Let's count our blessings at having avoided the air patrol and move on."
I dig through the goblin's pockets for some gold

Bind and gag the goblin prisoner as necessary.

I resume my role scouting ahead for the party.
Re: In the Cold North - Forum RPG
Gerald rifles through the goblin's pockets, and finds 5 gold pieces.
Adarim binds and gags the goblin, and heaves it over his shoulder.
Gregor goes to scout ahead. Towards the howling.
Where will the rest of you go? The sun is just below the horizon, and it will be very dark in a few minutes. Around you are hills and occasional groves of trees.

Obviously, I will be cautious. Soon as I see or hear anything of value, I'll return to the group and report.

Can't this kind of stuff just automatically happen? Finding treasure in a tomb I understand, but forcing us to pilfer every single stinking goblin corpse for our XP feels really tedious.Arkbrik wrote:Gerald rifles through the goblin's pockets, and finds 5 gold pieces.

Re: In the Cold North - Forum RPG
Sorry this fell into a hiatus. But here we go again.
Gregor moves towards the howling. As he reaches the top of a hill, he spots its source up ahead. A large encampment around a fire, full of goblins and wolves. Tents are being set up. Two more flying beasts hang upside down in their tentacles from the branches of a tree. Gregor estimates there are around 30 goblins in the encampment, and as many wolves.
Gregor returns to the rest of the group to tell them what he's found. It is now night.

Adarim
Lie in wait at the top of the hill. As soon as the goblins set up their tents and turn in for the night, fire flaming arrows.

Sure, and as soon as this goes south, I'm making with the hiding and the running.
