smallish flamers

im currently designing rules for my Daleks, and at some point they had small flamethrowers in their sink plunger arms, how would you use a small flamethrower?

Can the gun aim upwards? Because on mine, it keeps flopping down and it's a bit annoying.

Just treat it like a Flame Gun (M):
UR: 2 / Range: 5" / Damage: 1d4+1 Fire

Like all flamers, it'll have a minimum of 1 Firing Arc, -1 penalty for each Arc, and size modifiers affect damage rather than Use Rating; obviously Fire rules apply.
