I think it looks quite good. Rather tight for a minifig though. Maybe you could man it with microfigs?

I tried model UN but I was better at sports and i hated the model UN kids

Well I wouldn't say the UN is perfect, it's done quite a few bad things as Romeo Dallaire will tell you, but it has been successful in some peacekeeping missions.
