I agree that she looks masculine but I definitely see her as a woman. Here's a self portrait of Frida Kahlo for comparison:

In my opinion it's a pretty good portrait, all I gotta say for critiscism is that the hair needs more detail. It just looks too black for me.

One simple change will fix this - bring the back of the neck in to the base of the skull rather than the back of the skull, and she'll look feminine.
