In all honesty, you actually DO have a bunch of space to make some rooms in there. Take advantage of it! You totally ought to set up a cool mechanic's station in that cargo bay, and other computer bits could get crammed into the other spare rooms and hallways.

First of all,    

Second, I was wondering if you had hatches in the main deck/hanger area, as I couldn't quite tell from the pictures and hadn't seen it mentioned.

Third, I love the Pegasus Missile systems. They look both amazing and simple, which is damn hard to pull off.

Fourth, I automatically approve of any SHIP that has a face with a giant gun in it. You, sir, are a winner.

Loving the ships shape but the inside's the best bit. So much room! I'd go to town and make this some sort of large drop ship like in Aliens or better yet Starship Troopers.
