Also, the bags aren't numbered. Which is weird.

Why yes, yes of course.

Only ~3400 parts left... I am sorting though my existing collection and hope to find a couple hundred more but i am slowly realizing how expensive this is going to be.

Brickfête loot!

Stuff I bought:

For $65!

For $40 (included an extra of both sharks) Also bought another octopus and a black sword shark for $2 each (the black shark goes for a minimum of $6 on Bricklink!)

Plus some mixed bags of parts for $2 each (one of which included a sand green headlight brick!).
Stuff I got for free:

Not exactly the same set, but a similar one for a seed build.

For winning said speed build.

In a raffle.

Came in the loot bag for registering, along with a few custom parts (Brickarms, Brickwarriors, Minifig Leaves).

For another speed build (didn't win this one).

Plus a little bag of nougat, dark tan, and dark orange parts that I got to pick out while some people (Neon Bricks) were sorting through a collection they got from a guy on Kijiji. They told us that they'd already made more than their money back from selling small bags, and that they didn't want to get greedy, so they just let people take whatever parts they wanted. I highly recommend shopping from/supporting them.

Pretty darn solid haul, I'd say.

I wonder if it could have been inspired by a classic space design of an unreleased set they still had lying around, or if the original classic space crew helped design it. I kinda doubt it but it would be cool. One of the best things about that set has to be DSC UNIKITTY.
