Re: The Fugitive (Turn 6)

Post by Duerer » Fri Jul 29, 2016 4:06 pm

Turn Order (determined by D20):
16 - Americans (NPC'd)
15 - Poles (TastySkippy123)
12 - Soviets (TheVengefulOne)
5 (18) - Nikita Kosygin (Kommander Ken)
5 (7) - Briktopians (Apollyon)

Americans (NPC'd):
Image
Walter Hadrian: "Hey, wanna join us instead? We can pay you in real dollars!"
Nikita Kosygin: "Fuck no! Not switching sides here!"
Hadrian attempts to persuade Kosygin in joining the Americans, but his offer got rejected (PERSUASION ROLL FAILED).

Poles (TastySkippy123):
Image
Blazkowicz lungs towards Fausto and tries to grab him.

Image
*BONK*
However, Fausto just shoves him away with his shield (FEAT FAILED).

Image
All soldiers combine fire on Fausto, who manages to ward off the damage pretty easily.

Soviets (TheVengefulOne):
Image
The conscript shoots at Hadrian, who is left unharmed. He can't fire two rifles at a time, as a rifle has power usage 1.5, while a normal figs power value is just 2.

Nikita Kosygin (Kommander Ken):
Image
Nikita whacks Hadrian with the Soulscourge, but fails to do any damage.

Image
Off to the evac point, then!

Briktopians (Apollyon):
Image
The Briktopian soldiers gun down the last Soviet conscript and scrape off one HP from Hadrian (2 remaining).
SOVIETS ELIMINATED

Image
Sergeant Fausto: "C'mon dude! Just tell me, what's all the fuzz is all about and I'll leave you alone..."
Nikita Kosygin: "Get lost!"
Even Fausto has problems with convincing the fugitive (PERSUASION ROLL FAILED).

Zombie Lietuvan (Me):
Image
Zombie Lietuvan: "Hmm, crispy..."
The zombie soldier simply devours the brain of his former superior.

Overwatch:
Image

Score:
Poles: 7
Soviets: 7
Lietuvans: 3
Americans: 4
Briktopians: 6
Teutonic Knights: 2

HP:
Wilhelm Blazkowicz: 2/3
Valeria Mielkutė: 0/3
Dr. Sergey Semenov: 0/3
Walter Hadrian: 2/3
Sergeant Fausto: 3/3
Oskar von Falkenberg: 0/3
Nikita Kosygin: 1/2

Yea, I kinda figured he couldn't fire two rifles, but I was out of ideas anyway.

Shame, he should have made him do it, last stand and all.

Isn't there something about a last man standing Almighty Benny? Probably impractical for this size game though.

Turn Order (determined by D20):
20 - Americans (Silent-sigfig)
19 - Poles (TastySkippy123)
13 - Briktopians (bann154, substitute for Apollyon)
8 - Nikita Kosygin (Kommander Ken)

Americans (Silent-sigfig):
Image
Walter Hadrian: "If we can't grab the Russian, no one will!"
Hadrian fires at Kosygin, who barely passes his armour roll. Just barely!

Poles (TastySkippy123):
Image
All soldiers combine fire on Sergeant Fausto, killing him for good. While also getting hit by the Liquefier, Hadrian suffers no damage.

Briktopians (bann154, substitute for Apollyon):
Image
All troops fire at the Poles, but luck doesn't seem to be on their side. They fail to hit or to deal proper damage.

Nikita Kosygin (Kommander Ken):
Image
Nikita sprints towards the evac point, just being one step away from it!

Overwatch:
Image

Final Score:
1. Poles: 8
2. Soviets: 7
3. Briktopians: 6
4. Americans: 4
5. Lietuvans: 3
6. Teutonic Knights: 2

HP:
Wilhelm Blazkowicz: 2/3
Valeria Mielkutė: 0/3
Dr. Sergey Semenov: 0/3
Walter Hadrian: 2/3
Sergeant Fausto: 0/3
Oskar von Falkenberg: 0/3
Nikita Kosygin: 1/2

By leading with 8 points
TASTYSKIPPY123 IS WINNER!
Also receiving some help from Kommander Ken.

Thank you for participating in that battle and sending your orders quickly. I hope you enjoyed playing the battle as much as I did hosting.
Feel free to leave any suggestions for next time. An epilogue for that one is in the works.

*VROOM-VROOM*
Ryszard Mazurek: “Knock-knock!”

Image
Briktopian Soldier 1: “Fuck! They called reinforcements!”
Briktopian Soldier 2: “Let's get the fuck outta here!!”
Briktopian Soldier 3: “What about the sarge?”
Briktopian Soldier 1: “Screw him! He's toast already!”

Image
Ryszard Mazurek: “So, there we are. You have done an invaluable service by breaking into the facility and grabbing these plans!”
Nikita Kosygin:*heavy breathing* You have no clue what I just had to go through! I've been sandwiched between all sorts of hostile forces, some were hellbent to get these plans, some folks just wanted to see me dead and that psycho Semenov wanted to rip out my brain for his fucking experiments!”

Image
Sanitariuszka: “It's alright now. Here, have a beer.”
Nikita Kosygin:*sigh* Might as well...”

Image
Wilhelm Blazkowicz: “Panie generale!”

Image
Wilhelm Blazkowicz: “Looks like we've found a live one.”
Ryszard Mazurek: “Oh! Who's honouring us with his presence this time?”

Image
Walter Hadrian: “Lt. Walter Hadrian, US Army.”

Image
Ryszard Mazurek: “Ha, a real American! What shall we do with him, though?”
Wilhelm Blazkowicz: “No clue. That's entirely up to high command.”

Image
Polish Soldier:(from a distance) Kurwa mać, śmierdzi jak by ktoś zgnite małpy wpierdolił!”
Ryszard Mazurek: “Hang on, I've got this.”

Image
Ryszard Mazurek: “What's the matter this time?”
Polish Soldier: “That guy right there! Smells like he's been bathing in manure for the last decade.”

Image
Nikita Kosygin: “Semenov! He has to encase himself in that suit in order to spare his subordinates from a cruel and embarrassing death by these fumes.”

Image
Ryszard Mazurek: “But what if he holds any vital information about the Soviet's chemical and cybernetic weaponry? From what we know he actually worked on the cyborg guards and desolators.”
Nikita Kosygin: “If you really want to keep him around, get yourself some NBC defense troops and lock him up into some high security cell. Not sure if he survived that battle, so you gotta find out if there even is some info from him to get out.”

Image
Ryszard Mazurek: “Well then. I'll call in some hazmats into that area to clean him up.”

The morning after...

Tadas the Infernal: “Boy, this sector looks even worse than before!”

Irena Mielkutė: “Valeria... She is dead...”

Image
Irena Mielkutė: “What have the done to you...”
Tadas the Infernal: “This is not the right time for familial sentiments. We have to move along and find out where the Russian went.”

Image
Tadas the Infernal: “That way!”

Image
Irena Mielkutė: “I won't let this go unpunished, sister! I'll find out who killed you and skin that bastard alive!”

Exactly. A killing machine that runs around castles to kill nazis is something every army should have.

Great battle to play in! Silent's feat that destroyed Faustos fist was really crippling and gave me quite the headache whats feat to try next. Failing most of them didn't help either. :fist:

p.s. I doubt Fausto's really dead.
