Soviet high command decided that drawing field guns by hand is quite a pain, so they decided to fit their guns on GAZ 460 Amphibious Field Cars, instead. This allows the Soviet soldiers to deploy heavy weaponry on any kind of terrain without much complications.

Of course, the field gun can be swapped for lighter armament.

The car itself is based on the set above. I just bought a couple of these yesterday because I initially though they would be just nice to have. A while later I actually figured how to convert these into some combat vehicles. No clue what to do with the troopers just yet.

GAZ-460 Field Cars can now be deployed in squads of 3!

Weapons are further interchangeable to allow guardists to fix their special weaponry on the car and combine their firepower with the speed of the GAZ-460.

Even Soviet heroes can take advantage of this system!

This is a cool little design, very creative. Seeing Yuri Semenov (is that his name?) on that thing is quite terrifying, in a good way.
