Cool Things from My Stepson

Post by subyrally » Thu Nov 16, 2017 9:48 am

My stepson is getting to be a pretty damn good builder of bricks. He is still a bit young to join the forums, but i can at least share some of his creations. I will update this thread as we go. eventually, I am hoping to get him into building an army.

Kid has potential, that's for sure. Get that kid some Star Wars stuff and see what kind of interesting vehicles/mech suits/combat squads he creates. :D

I love how he used those double-barrel gun parts as SHOULDERS, and not GUNS. Showing that you can use weapons as not-weapons is often the first step to awesome builds. Serious creativity there.

Little dude is creative, that is for sure. he has a pretty good grasp of how to make things for an 8 year old.

He has quite a few of the Star Wars sets, granted, I think they are at the wife's grandparents house where the kids stay after school.

Last night he was so excited to show me his latest creation, a bolt action sniper rifle. It has a sliding bolt and a detachable magazine.

He does indeed. Somewhere on the internet there is a book that shows one how to make rubber band launchers and stuff with Lego... I suspect if he got his hands on it you'd be picking rubber bands out of everything.
