The United Systems Alliance

Image

Diplomat
Main Battle tank

Image

The latest in the Diplomat family, the M1A6 possesses intimidating firepower.

Image

Design notes: I really wanted this iteration of the Diplomat to have 2 things: A sloped turret and more play features. I'm particularly proud of the turret on this one.

Statesman
Infantry Fighting Vehicle

Image

The little brother of the Diplomat trades armor and firepower for transport capacity.

Image

Image

Image

Image

Image

Image

Design notes: This is one of the two vehicles that I did not disassemble (thus the old pictures). There have been minor changes: There is a new targeting panel in the interior and the missile pod currently isn't attached.

Ambassador
Attack VTOL

Image

With enough firepower to start and end a small war, helicopters don't get more intimidating than the Ambassador.

Image

Image

Image

Image

Design notes: When I started to redesign the ambassador, the only thing I knew was that it would be able to fit two pilots in an opening cockpit.

Consul
Strike Fighter

Image

The small size and vtol capabilities of the next-generation of Consul fighters greatly expands its versatility.

Image

Image

Image

Image

Image

Design note: I liked the last version of the Consul--I just wanted to build more.

Chief
Light VTOL

Image

With heavy firepower and a snazzy paint job to match, the Chief should not be underestimated.

Image

Image

Design note: An alternative stub on the side could hold some figs.

Messenger
MRAP

Image

Mine-Resistant. Armor-Plated. Super-Stylish.

Image

Image

Image

Image

Image

Design note: I wanted 2 things: An opening hood, and to change the frond windows to the ones currently used.

Envoy
Internally Transported Vehicle

Image

Small enough to be transported in a Dropship, fast enough to be worth carrying.

Image

Image

Image

Image

Design notes: I think this one is much better built than the previous one. Also, I designed the trailer after seeing War for The Planet of The Apes.

Re: Sigfig's Factions and Lore: CELESTIAL KINGDOM ADDED

Post by Silent-sigfig » Sun Nov 26, 2017 5:49 pm

The Celestial Kingdom

Image

Iron Mountain
Heavy Assault Walker

Image

The ability to carry two plasma cannons across any terrain makes the Iron Mountain quite the threat.

Image

Image

Image

Design notes: The legs a re much more stable than on the old Dragon Lance

Brazen Sparrow
Light VTOL

Image

Simple and small, the Brazen Sparrow is better suited to policing and scouting that open battle

Image

Image

Image

Design note: Both this and the Iron Mountain fit pilots, but they do not open up at all.

War Bear
Hardsuit

Image

The War Bear is an armored exoskeleton given to the Kingdom's Blademasters.

Image

Image

Image

Design note: I like giving my factions multiples of one vehicle. For this one, it was designed for the Hundred Piece Hullabaloo, so making multiples wasn't that difficult.

Eldorria

Image

Infantry

Image

El Capitan, the brave hero.

Image

Fusiliers (Commandos) and a Scout

Image

Marines

Diablo
Light Support Drone

Image

Image

Design note: I had the idea of using the baskets in such a way for a while. Otherwise, it is a cheap, simple build.

The diablo looks so flimsy it's funny. Are the barrel bits actually supposed to be wood? If so, then their greatest enemy would be wood-eating grubs and woodpeckers. Just imagine that.

Totally missed your Diplomat update - looks excellent!
Would you mind if I gave the Diplomat a formal wiki page? It rather deserves one after these years of service ;)

Nice! Efficient colourscheme, good shaping. I liked the hoverbike and dropship the most, and also the assorted accessories. Could we have an arranged picture with everything in it, like a snapshot from a busy base?
