Blockade over Neivium III

[Archduke]

The First Battle of the Tri-war took place over the planet Neivium III.
A joint Green-Blue task force speeds towards the wealthy gas harvesting colony in an attempt to break a Red blockade. The planet will likely not hold out much longer unless something is done. Whichever side claims victory this day, will not only have made a powerful statement, but also gained control of the planet's resources, chief among them, the gas needed to make hyperfuel.

Cruiser: 8 guns,18 HP, 2 missile pods, 4+ armor save.
Frigate: 6 guns, 12 Hp, 5+ armor save
Transport: 5 guns, 6 Hp, 6+armor save
Skiff: 6 guns, 2 HP, 6+ armor save

The Blue fleet moves up



The Cruiser's missile pods destroy a skiff




They combine fore on the cruiser, dealing 5 points of damage




The red fleet meets them in combat




They do a little damage









The green fleet makes a flanking maneuver





They do a little more damage to the larger red ships

The Blue fleet does a 3 more damage to the Cruiser





The Red fleet pays them back in kind





The green fleet hits the transports

The Blue armada volleys everything it has at the second Red cruiser. The paint isn't even ccratched






The Red fleet takes a chunk out of the Frigate's health






Both of them





The Green fleet does several points of damage to the Red Frigate on the flank

Combining fire on the Cruiser again, the Blue fleet manages to do 2 points of damage.





The Red Fleet rips through the last of the blue Frigate's HP, destroying it






They do a couple of points of damage to the green fleet as well





The green ships do another point of damage to the transport. (I'd like to note that the Green transport hit with all of its shots, but the Frigate made saves for all of them!)





A point of damage is done to the red Transport

The blue fleet shaves 2 more HP off the cruiser





Missiles from the Red ships rip through the smaller Blue craft





The Frigate takes out the Green skiff





And does 3 more damage to the Blue Cruiser





The Green Frigate hammers the Skiff





The allies had a strong start, but the Red forces seem to be wining the attrition game. How much longer will this battle last?

The second red skiff is blasted to pieces by Blue missiles. The red Cruiser also took heavy damage





The red Fleet responds by gutting the Green Frigate





The blue Transport is destroyed as well.





Both allied capitol ships are further damaged.





The Green forces hit back, shaving 2 more HP from the Cruiser

After taking a volley of fire from the Blue cruiser, the Red ships fire into their enemies, taking 2 HP from theTransport





Missiles cripple the Blue Cruiser





Shots from the Green ships damage some of the Red fleet

Both sides pounded each other again and a Red Frigate was Destroyed

After a heroic final Volley, the Blue cruiser is blown to smithereens.





The Transport is destroyed as well





Green Missiles heavily damage the other Red Criuser






With the last of the Blue forces destroyed, and Green down to just it's Cruiser, I decided to end the battle there. It looks like a clear victory for Red, but both of their cruisers are heavily damaged, and Green's capitol ship still has a lot of HP left. At this point the battle could have easily gone either way, so we'll just call it a draw.
