After I was recently introduced to the steampunk genre, (thanks to this board) I fell in love, and decided to take a crack at making a bit of my own minifigs. Although regrettably enough, they turned out a bit less steampunk than I expected, but they're still pretty post-apocalyptic-ish.
Here's the link to the pictures.
Also, to those who feigned interest in my mini-series I'm working on: I'm made some progress and the first few comics should be coming soon!

These minifigs are great, now we just need to see them in a steampunk creation
Looking for Vancouver Island players: http://www.brikwars.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=1194

Very nice. How did you mount those binoculars on the helmets? It makes a great gas mask design
It's the helmet on this guy. I couldn't find the actual helmet, so I grabbed a picture of that minifig. Theres one round stud on the front, so you can pretty much slap whatever you want on there.
Very well done, I never thought of using rubber bands on minifigs before. I think I'll try my hand at this.
Yeah, I never even thought of using them before, but as I mentioned, I saw them utilized in some pretty awesome ways, so I decided to try messing with them.
