It turns out that some things are more important than hysterical plastic mayhem. This is not to say I don't enjoy Brikwars, only that I have found more interesting and applicable forms of distraction. For example:

Bicycles and velocipedes... of all types.
Steam-powered whatsits and knickknacks.
Awesome colleges.
And random web comics.
