I don't think the years should be G.R. as the Brikwars universe never had just one TekLevel during any Galactik Revolution. Years are fine, as the chart shows what TekLevel Earth had during certain years.pesgores wrote:Ohhhhhhahp77 wrote:Ooooooooooooh, question: aren't years supposed marked in G.R.?
You're right. I'm not going to change it, though.

Exactly. Most of the Technology we use (and even most of our armies and sometimes scenarios) are based on Earthly stuff.Arkbrik wrote:I don't think the years should be G.R. as the Brikwars universe never had just one TekLevel during any Galactik Revolution. and futureistc armies are normally based on sci-fi, truely how many people really think we would find enought meterials to build massive space fleets whole planets would be mined out for the fuel and building materials!

pesgoras's table has too mutch itallics, and it should really have more rules cramed into it, not just describeing which TL coresponds to witch approximate time. also, putting aproximate years doesn't work out well for some players because their armies are from different planets in which time ellapses at different speeds.

Quick and dirty TekLevel inclusion is to add the TL to weapon damage and equipment (but not weapon) Usage. Also, it adds to the skill level of robots and golems.
Could someone host the originally posted table somewhere OTHER than photobucket, that site is blocked by nearly every major corporate firewall.

Well my TL list only goes untill early Space Age, so you can continue it yourself if you feel like it.piltogg wrote:pesgoras's table has too mutch itallics, and it should really have more rules cramed into it, not just describeing which TL coresponds to witch approximate time. also, putting aproximate years doesn't work out well for some players because their armies are from different planets in which time ellapses at different speeds.
