Okay, here's the aforementioned HUUUGE update:
The United Imperial Forces is the greatest and vast ruling nation of the known world. It's an alliance of human, dwarf, and elven forces.
The bulk of the army, the infantry unit squads:
2x Spearmen with clerics
1x Hunters
1x Elven rangers
1x Dwarf warriors with sage
1x Dwarven Mortar
The Imperial cavalry (behind) and the Runeknights(front), led by Grand Marshall Niol (my sigfig).
War chariot with longbowmen.
Dwarven scout flyer (yup, it's goofy.)
Dwarven mobile warmachine.
And the biggest 'unit', a fully functional castle.
Now, moving on to the opponents, the United Evil Horde:
It's a loose alliance of orks and undead.
Ork infantry:
2x Warriors
1x Looted archers with repeating crossbows
1x Beastriders with throwing spears
3x Giant War Troll
Undead infantry:
2x Skeletal warriors
1x Zombies
1x Ghosts
Returned cavalry.
Special units:
Necrobeast
Gargoyles.
And a revamped, pimped-out Awesomosaurus.
Other Stuffs:
Two lolwut squads (neutral)
Beastmen
Tribalmen
Heroes:
Elven knight
Dwarven Champion, Elven Seeress, Human Adventurer, Human Grand Cleric
Wizards: Green, Gray, Red, Blue
Witch, Mummy Lord, Vampire Lord, Skuldar (guess what cameo is he)
Evil Assassin, Ursar, Campion of the North, Barbarian
I also have a W.I.P. Ork hero.
Finally a birdsview groupshot:
Enjoy!

Nice creations. Did the minotaurs become spare parts? I agree on the elf hero, the Luke Skywalker face is the perfect hero face (frequently used, too). I'd like to make myself some elves too, but I'm still thinking on how to go about it exactly.
I also think Jabba the Hutt's guards could be implemented in your orc army somehow.

Good creation, but indeed, the first thing that came to mind when I saw the fuel barrel was what would happen if I sent a kamikaze with a torch against it If you make it heavier, ie placing the barrel on a larger platform with some kind of wall around it and perhaps also giving the driver a more confined space to sit in those weak spots should be eliminated though. But that'd limit the chance of an epic explosion, so it isn't truly necessary

Most honorable! That's the spirit - either burn them to ash or everyone goes boom. It's very Brikwars to position the mech alone, or atleast the rest of your troops out of predicted blast radius.
Must say great armies, I really like your flying dwarf scout too, steampunkish. I want to field an army of royal knights too, they look good.
