The Daily MOC Project [NOW THE RANDOM MOC THREAD]
Alrighty, I've decided my life is too boring, and that I need to put myself to a challenge. So, I decided, "Hey! Why not make a MOC every day until March break?" So that's exactly what I'm going to do.
From today until the start of the March break (March 13th), I will be making and posting a new MOC or fig. Yes that's right, I'm making a long-term commitment that probably won't work out, and is going to require lots of work. (Huh. Kinda like marriage )
So anyways, here's the grand opening, the cutting of the ribbon, my first MOC of the challenge!
Wah Wah Waaaaaaahhhhhhhhh
Yes I know it's barely anything, but I didn't specify size. Plus, with one having to be built everyday, I'll probably only be doing smaller MOCs, with some bigger ones on days where I have more free time.
What is it? Well, it's a sentry gun that can either operate independently, or be taken over with the remote override. It has to be reloaded manually, which is a downside, although each box has a 65 round capacity. Also, it has a heat sensor, motion sensor, heartbeat sensor, and range detector built in, meaning it's much less likely to fire at a piece of tumbleweed. All friendly soldiers are given a badge with an electromagnetic frequency that tells the gun they are allies.
Here's a closer view of the gun.
A rear view showing the battery:
And a view of the ammo boxes and remote controller.
I made the piece on the remote the same colour as the eyepiece on the gun, so if I use it in a game of Brikwars, the players will be able to tell which remote is the override (I have a lot of those walkie-talkie pieces)
Comments welcome, and be sure to check back tomorrow!

LOL no I have some common sense. Thing is, there's 31 days until March break, which means if I go all the way through with this, I'm gonna be posting 31 MOCs, plus any replies there might be, and any replies I have to those replies. Damn this is gonna be a big thread...

I might do this next week (half term! yay!), find my camara, get a photo set up, and make a MOC a day.

TODAY'S MOC
Another small one, but w/e.
I call it the PAC2-4S. It is a plasma artillery cannon, that holds 4 plasma cores. They may be fired individually, or combined into one powerful shot. It requires a crew of two: one targeter/firer and one maintenance/loader. It is towed into an initial position by a vehicle, but the two crew must reposition it themselves during battle by pulling it.
View of the other side:
And a view of the back with controls, stabilizing wheel, and four loading chambers.
Comments welcome as always.
P.S. I have officially dubbed Fridays "Fig Fridays". These are the days when I will post a new fig I make, every other day I will post regular MOCs

I wish I had an actual camera. My sis has one, but guess what she doesn't have. The cord to connect it to the computer. No memory card reader either. So for now, we're all stuck with this quality of pics. Sucks I know

TODAY'S MOC
HEY LOOK! It's a decent sized MOC! Awesome!
It's a light AA tank, didn't bother to name it. It's got 2 flak guns that can also be fired at ground targets, to target infantry units or light vehicles.
Rear view, didn't turn out as well as I hoped.
The turret is removable, using a system similar to the Jaguar armoured car.
And finally, standby mode (guns lowered, controls folded, ammo boxes off)
Comments welcome as always, and well, see you tomorrow!
