Brikwars club scenario requests

Post by dilanski » Thu Feb 25, 2010 1:33 pm

Remember my club i kept going on about? well at the moment i'm in the process of getting a new larger room and 30 mins extra club time, meaning i'll have altogether 1:20mins altogether for setup & game time. but i need scenario's that can fit that time frame to be played by 2-4 players that can be done with limited parts and are fun to play. Any ideas from old battles will be welcome!

Scenario's so far:
Team hero deathmatch (what RJ's doing)
Squad CTF
Almond Status: ACTIVATED

something like a small game of CTF with respawning soldiers. The area would best be small.

1. One team has to hack a computer, other team defends it.

2. Infestation in the base, one team is the exterminators, the other is the swarm of critters.

3. Food is being delivered to a military base. One team is the military, the other team is the starving civilians trying to steal the food.

4. Assassination mission.

5. Detention centre, base starts getting attacked by another army, guards get distracted, prisoners escape and attack.

6. I Am Legend scenario, one man and his dog versus an army of zombies.

7. Pillage the village.

Basically one team has an important person (such as a spy, government official, traitor, etc.) and the other team has to take this person out. Scenarios could vary depending on the specific person, so if it was the president he could be making a speech, if it was was a scientist they would need to kill him before the other team could get him to the lab, etc.

Heavy damage battles.
Every unit has heavy weapons, most missiles will deal a 1-hit kill (most real missiles do) no minifigures other than pilots and reloaders(for artillary).

Tag your dead.
Remove all armour values, if it hits it kills.
Best played with minifigures only, rockets are still better than rifles due to splash damage.

Escort missile.
Theirs an important person who you have to get to a certain area, simple as that... well other than the enermy trying to kill them.

Vampires

A group of civilians (standard figs armed with kitchen utensils), a team of SWAT troops, and a team of lightweight vampires.

20 civilians
5 vampires
5 SWAT

VAMPIRE:
Move: 10"
Skill: 1D10
Armour: 4
Wounds: 2
Specialities: Leech: For every enemy killed, add +1 to all stats except wounds for a turn. Bonuses stackable. When taking a wound, remove all bonuses, and for a turn, -1 from skill. Penalties are also stackable.
Spider Gymastix: See ninja.

SWAT:
Move: 5"
Skill: 1D6 +1
Armour: 1D10
Specialities: Longshot: Can duel-wield long range weapons, can fire both.

The SWAT would have shields, SMGs...
Vampires would have knives, poison attacks and perhaps smoke grenades. Up to you who has what.

Battlefield: Typical sub-urban area, a few houses, and add smaller houses shacks and ruins for vampire cover.

SWAT team must wipe out vampires, vampires must wipe out civilians, civilians must survive.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

For using at a club: I recommend 1 vampire assigned to one of five people, for a max of 5. 1 Swat for 1 person, up to 5. Civilians then shared as equally as possible between others.
OR
5 Vamps to 1 person
5 SWAT to 1 person
civilians divided up.

vampires are also able to sparkle, which reduces their manlyness to -1000.

no, that's only the weird ones who would rather get into a romantic situation with a girl than suck her dry.

An interesting one I thought of just now (that I might do myself)

6. Team Bases. Each team (ideally three or four) has a base in which to hold their stuff.

7. Check points: Around the field, there are certain check points, just big enough for one or two fig-sized units to stand on. The goal is to put a NORMAL MINIFIG on each one. I suggest about 10. The game ends when all the checkpoints belong to one person.

8. Respawning. At the begining of each turn, roll 3d10 (or whatever seems appropriate). Take that much CPs worth of stuff and put it into your base or near a check point you control to use. The total should NEVER exceed 200 CPs; meaning, if I have 194 at the moment, and then I roll a 10, I only get 6.

Players start with nothing at all except their bases; no units, no vehicles, no weapons, nothin'.
