Thanks to a mildly amusing chain of events, Bob the Unbuilder and the scientists of the Britannian Royal Society find themselves trapped in front of an advancing swarm of Blokbots. Will they escape? And which faction will bring back the data that may be their only hope of surviving the coming Ragnablok?

The Battlefield. Both Bob's Cabinet and the Royal Society start near the wrecked Landship. Because of rising chiralium density or some shit, rescue aircraft can only land on the plateau to the west of their position. Blokbots are NPC'd by me, and have a Dmg 1D6 melee attack. More will spawn every turn.

Air forces from both sides have arrived, hoping to secure air superiority and bring in a rescue shuttle. This match will also serve as the first public playtest of the Dogfight Rulesoriginally developed by IVhorseman and Loafofcheese. The rules are as follows:

-Minifigs piloting an Aircraft may use their Action to create a Danger Zone around their vehicle, with radius equal to their vehicle's movement.
-Once per turn, when an enemy aircraft enters or moves within its Danger Zone, an aircraft may swoosh to any point inside the Danger Zone and attack as a Response Action, even if the enemy aircraft is not in its cone of vision. A Skill roll-off decides which pilot acts first, as usual.
-Any ground unit armed with one or more ranged weapons that does not move on its turn may perform a Flak Action as a full-round action. This allows them to create a Danger Zone with radius equal to their weapon's range, and perform response attacks on aircraft moving within it. Aircraft flying less than 5" above the ground are immune to Flak Actions.

You can still send orders if you want. Or, since you're the secret faction, you can choose to arrive next turn.
BTW, there are no set alliances other than between the ground parties and their respective air forces, but you're free to form alliances if you want.
