Chinook comes from an alternate universe where Nega-Bloks rule. He leads the Praelites (Shadovians), who are allied with the Legion of the Brik (Immortals).
During a devastating defeat, bits of the Legion retreated through multiple wormholes leading into other universes. Chinook landed here in the BrikVerse.
