This... is the Legopian Swamp Man. Or as I like to call him, the Frog Fiend! This thing is just nastay, folks. He has the power to command frogs! You see, this gross guy gets his kicks hangin' around these slimy guys, just chillin' around in his little pond. But if he doesn't like you, you better watch out! He'll tell those frogs, those little bullies, to swarm and drown you! It's just horriball. The Frog Fiend.
