For general help on formatting and editing pages, see http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Help:Contents.
To use specific formatting templates, it's best to see how they're used on existing pages, copy and paste them, and modify as necessary.
Images
Images need to be uploaded on the Upload File page. There is no way to incorporate external images.
