In G.R. 2014, Mobfather Scratch of The Police State of Venice set forth a new proposal for the discussion of politics in the BrikVerse. Specifically, he advocated for all negotiations to be conducted in the form of rap battles.
Shortly thereafter, President B'lack Obama assented to the motion and backed it with the USA's military enforcement.
