The Peach Brotherhood is an alliance of peach militant groups loyal to the 45th Union, active in the Gold Sector. Led by the charismatic General Caine, however the entire alliance for a time, became a false flag operation run by the Physic known as Yuri, who uses the influence of those he has mind controlled and brainwashed to built a vast army that does his bidding, whether they know it or not.

The Brotherhood has several key groupsactive in the Gold Sector.

• Yuri's forces - Brainwashed troops taken from Caine's army that serve Yuri directley
• Caine's Union Army - 45th Union troops that went under the code name "Wagner Division", disguised as a PMC to maintain 45th Union Deniability, loyal to general Caine, who believe they are conducting war against the Gold Sector, but are actually under the influence of Yuri's machinations
• The Peach Republican Army. Made up of dissident Galacian Imperiya minorities that rose up to fight for an independent peach state In the sector. Mainly comprised of heavily armed insurgents
• United peach liberation front. Remnants of the huge albeit poorly equipped force that attacked the sector in R.2011. Now only a guerrilla force
• The Bunker Busters. A smaller commando outfit specializing in heavy weapons that swore loyalty to the cause
