Portal

Portals, whether magikal or teknologikal in nature, are a common means of travel in the BrikVerse. The Falx, in particular are well known for their use of the teknology. Similarly, the Ketir-Iah use portals for intergalactic or lesser travel. Portals generally work by bending space so that two points distant from one another become connected to one another instead. Travel is then simply a matter of stepping through the gateway from one place into the next. Portals in the BrikVerse may, of course, follow any number of other designs, however.
