Jonathan Stolenburger was a talented diplomat who worked in Praetoria's foreign service. He rose up through the ranks and gained international prominence, leading to his election as the Secretary-General of NATO. He represented NATO and its member states during negotiation and signing of the Treaty of Planet Versailles.

Stolenburger mounted a campaign to run for the position of Allied Nations Secretary-General. He was mysteriously found dead in his office with an anime schoolgirl cosplayer and a pile of crack, however, during the election.
